Boxing Class Times:
Monday & Wednesday - 6:30p to 7:30p
Saturday - 10:30a to11:30a

Boxing
With a variety of Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, classes, you'll constantly be improving your boxing skills, all while being taught by world-class instructors.
Interested in competition? We train multiple Professional and Amateur boxers who compete at the state and national level.



Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Gi BJJ Class Times:
Monday & Wednesday - 7:30p to 8:30p
In this class, you'll wear a Gi (traditional white martial arts uniform) and learn how to use weight, leverage and body mechanics to control and submit, e.g. choke and joint lock - your opponent.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai Class Times:
Monday & Wednesday - 7:30p to 8:30p
Saturday - 11:30a to 12:30p
Commonly referred to as "The Art of Eight Limbs," you'll learn striking techniques using punches, kicks, elbows and knees.
Most of our Muay Thai coaches have trained in Thailand, the Home of Muay Thai - so get ready to learn one of the most devastating combat sports from the best of the best!


No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu /
Catch Wrestling
No-Gi BJJ / Catch Wrestling Class Times:
Tuesday - 7p to 8p
Thursday - 6p to 7p
Saturday - 12:30p to 1:30p
This class focuses on BJJ techniques and submissions without wearing the Gi (sometimes called No-Gi Grappling)
The Rev's style of grappling is fast-paced and unorthodox - you'll learn moves and submissions in this class that won't be taught anywhere else!
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
MMA Class Times:
Tuesday - 6p to 7p
Thursday - 7p to 9p
Popularized by the UFC and other fight promotions, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that allows the use of striking (punching, kicking, kneeing, elbowing) and grappling (wrestling, takedowns, BJJ submissions) techniques to defeat an opponent.
Even if you're not interested in competing, learning MMA is a fun way to get in shape and learn how to defend yourself in any situation.
If you are interested in competing, we have a MMA Fight Team whose athletes compete at the highest professional and amateur levels.



Youth MMA Class Times:
Monday & Wednesday - 5:30p to 6:30p
Youth Mixed Martial Arts
Learning striking and grappling self-defense techniques will not only boost your child's self confidence, but this class' structure will teach discipline and grit.
Whether your child has a martial arts background or not, they will excel in our safe and fun learning environment!
